Nebuchadnezzar “Chad” Rada
Client Concierge & Executive AssistantFrom the Philippines, Shaped by Responsibility
I was born and raised in the Philippines, where I learned early the value of hard work, reliability, and showing up for others. My family played a big role in shaping who I am. From them I learned humility, perseverance, and the importance of doing things the right way even when no one is watching. Those lessons continue to guide how I work and how I support people today.
Finding My Strength in Supporting Others
My career has always centered around helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. I have worked across executive support, operations, customer service, and team leadership, often in fast moving environments where organization and clear thinking matter. As a team leader in a financial institution, I helped guide people toward growth and performance while maintaining structure and accountability.
Over time, I realized I genuinely enjoy bringing order to busy situations, managing details, and making sure nothing gets missed. There is a quiet satisfaction in helping others stay focused while I keep the moving parts aligned.
How I Found Ironstone
My path to Ironstone came at a time that felt like perfect timing. I was working full time as a Practice Manager supporting another Implementer when her needs began to shift toward someone who could work more closely with her in person rather than virtually. Around that same time, she came across Andrea’s post looking for someone to step into a Client Concierge role and recommended me.
With no expectations, Andrea and I met virtually for the first time. The conversation felt natural from the start. I immediately connected with her leadership, the culture she was building, and the way she cared for both her team and clients. What began as a simple introduction quickly became something more meaningful, and from there, the rest fell into place.
My Role at Ironstone
At Ironstone, I serve as Client Concierge and Executive Assistant, supporting both clients and leadership to help keep communication clear, schedules organized, and details coordinated. My goal is simple: to make the experience smooth, dependable, and well supported for everyone involved.
I also work quietly behind the scenes, anticipating needs, staying organized, and ensuring strong follow-through. When things are running well and clients feel supported, I know I am doing my job right.
How I Approach My Work
I believe trust is built through consistency. I take pride in being dependable, calm under pressure, and someone others can rely on. I am always learning, always improving, and always looking for better ways to support the team and the people we serve.
Outside of Work
Music has always been a meaningful part of my life. I grew up involved in our church’s music ministry, which is where my love for music began. During college, I played in a band while balancing school, an experience that taught me discipline, teamwork, and creative expression. Music continues to keep me grounded today.
Outside of music, I enjoy going to the gym, traveling, gaming, and continuing to learn new skills that help me grow both personally and professionally.
